Pickup Guidelines
- When entering our Oz Firewood yard for pickups the liability of your vehicle or any personal property is your responsibility as you have entered at your own risk.
- Trucks, cars etc, all care is taken and if any damage occurs we accept no responsibility as you have entered our property at your own risk.
Delivery Guidelines
- For a delivery, firewood will be dropped as close as possible to your desired spot, depending on vehicle access.
- Once we are on your property, all care is taken, but we accept no responsibility.
- Our responsibility ends at the kerb.
- Unless pre-organised stacking of the firewood is the responsibility of the receiver.
