  • When entering our Oz Firewood yard for pickups the liability of your vehicle or any personal property is your responsibility as you have entered at your own risk.

  • When loading vehicles eg, utes, trailers, trucks, cars etc, all care is taken and if any damage occurs we accept no responsibility as you have entered our property at your own risk.
Delivery Guidelines
  • For a delivery, firewood will be dropped as close as possible to your desired spot, depending on vehicle access.

  • Once we are on your property, all care is taken, but we accept no responsibility.

  • Our responsibility ends at the kerb.

  • Stacking of the firewood is the responsibility of the receiver.
